Homepage



Homepage is the ideal place to quickly get a summary of what is happening with your business. It includes key metrics such as revenue, occupancy and average daily rate. 

 

1. Access your Homepage - you can access your homepage by clicking on the house icon at the top.

2. Select your room type - some data that you see on the homepage is related to a room type, you can select the room type at the top of the page.

3. Calendar - this is a small version of your actual Calendar for the selected room type. You can see here at a glimpse what the background colours are for the different dates. 

4. Your business - here you can see your current rate on Booking.com and the occupancy rate (based on the reservations you already have) for the selected room type. 

5. Reco highlights for selected room type - you will see some highlights of the changes in recommended rates for the selected room type. These are the biggest changes that RateManager calculated for the next 360 days. 

6. Recos for selected room type - this shows the number of dates with red and yellow background colours for the selected room type.

7. Revenue - this is the revenue for your property so far for the current month compared to the same time last year for the same month.

8. Occupancy - this is the occupancy rate (based on the reservations you already have) for your property so far for the current month compared to the same time last year for the same month.

9. ADR (Average Daily Rate) - this is average daily rate for your property so far for the current month compared to the same time last year for the same month.

10. Recommendations calculated - these are the number of rate recommendations that RateManager over the past 30 days.

11. Channel manager interface - if you are working with a channel manager, the name of your channel manager will appear here and whether it is connected (ON) or not (OFF) with RateManager.

12. Rates pushed - these are the number of rates that you have uploaded directly from RateManager to your channel manager. This number is only available if your channel manager is connected to RateManager.

13. PMS (Property Management System) import - here you can see when RateManager last received reservations data from your PMS and when your competitors' rates on RateManager last have been updated.
