Edit Your Room Descriptions and Room Amenities



Welcome to this BookingSuite Article Tutorial.

Room descriptions are a great way to flaunt the best qualities and details of each and every room type on the property. They encourage visitors to explore their options and can make their reservation.

  • In the BackOffice, go to Marketing > Galleries > Rooms.
  • Hover your mouse over the box and select the icon. Here you can update and or delete content.
  • Click to save your description.

 

How to Add Room Amenities

  1. In the BackOffice, go to Marketing > Galleries > Rooms.
  2. Select the "Amenities" tab
  3. Type in the desired amenity and be sure to click the icon.
  4. Check each amenity that applies to each room. If it applies to all rooms, "Select All."
  5. Be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page.

Deleting Already Created Amenities

  1. Find and hover the amenity you want to remove.
  2. Click the drop down arrow and select "Delete."



Renaming Amenities

  1. Find and hover the amenity you want to rename.
  2. Click the drop down arrow and select "Rename."




Adding More Details to Your Rooms

1. In the "Details" section, you can add additional information to your individual rooms for your customers to view.
